  • AIERP™ — word mark, EUIPO application no. 019344157, filed 8 April 2026, Fast Track, classes 9 and 42

Permitted Use

Press, partners, and reviewers may refer to the product using the marks provided that:

  1. The mark is used as an adjective followed by a generic noun (e.g. “the PeakSpitz AIERP™ platform”)
  2. The mark is visually distinguished from surrounding text
  3. First use on any page includes the ™ symbol
  4. The mark is attributed to ARADYNE LIMITED on first use
  5. The mark is not modified, translated, pluralised, or used as a verb
  6. The ® symbol is not used with any of these marks (no registration has issued as of this page date)

Prohibited Use

The following uses are expressly prohibited without prior written consent:

  • Using any mark as a generic noun or verb
  • Modifying capitalisation, spelling, or hyphenation
  • Claiming the mark is registered when it is not
  • Translating the mark into another language
  • Pairing the mark with confusingly similar logos or product names

When using any of the marks listed above, include the following attribution on first use:

PeakSpitz™, PeakSpitz AIERP™, and AIERP™ are trademarks of ARADYNE LIMITED. AIERP™ is the subject of EUIPO application 019344157 filed 8 April 2026.
